Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within the UAE
We offer nationwide delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping may be available for select promotions or minimum order amounts.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
KC Pro Hair Extensions is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or stolen after dispatch. Please contact your courier directly if you experience delivery issues.
