Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, KC Pro Hair Extensions does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been opened or used. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@kcprohairextensions.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
